MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE

FULL DAY — Starting at 9:30 am. — and concluding at 5:30 pm. — Lunch provided — $1,200 per party HALF DAY — Starting at 9:30 am. — or 1:30 pm. — $600 per party

Discounts will be made to the above fees for disputes involving four or more parties. The price will be reduced by $50 per party for a half day and $100 per party for a full day. All parties represented by the same attorney are considered a single party for purposes of the mediation fee.

Arbitration Fee Schedule

Fees for arbitration or umpire services will be on an hourly basis of $350/hr. for all services, including pre-hearing conferences, preparation, hearing, deliberation and preparation of award. For proceedings that involve hearings longer than one day, advance payments will be required.
